2. Estimates & Payments

   • Estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

   • A deposit may be required before work commences.

   • Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Project Changes
   Any changes to scope, design, or materials requested by the client after work has started may result in additional costs and extended timelines.

4. Liability
   We take care to deliver safe and high-quality craftsmanship. However, Fortunate Carpentry is not liable for damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or alterations made after delivery.

5. Warranties
   Workmanship is guaranteed for [X months] from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials will be passed on to the client where applicable.
